Picone of McGuire Development brokers 5,300 s/f

Vito Picone of McGuire Development Company's Real Estate Services Group, has brokered a transaction with Dr. Russ Certo s/f at Sheridan Medical Park located at the corner of Sheridan Dr. and Elmwood Ave. Dr. Certo is a licensed physical therapist and plans to have a fully equipped gym on site with options for membership. This will serve as a second location to his original practice located on Grand Island. "This is an ideal location for Dr. Certo because it's home to other medical disciplines within the office park that complement his services," said Picone. McGuire Development Company's full spectrum of services is focused around its signature Transparent process. This includes clear, open dialogue with current and potential clients regarding all aspects of a business transaction, a practice that actively challenges the industry's status quo.
