Picone Construction continues next phase of renovations at Kenmore Mercy Hospital
Kenmore, NY Picone Construction Corp. continues Kenmore Mercy Hospital’s next phase of renovations which includes their surgery holding and recovery unit. The work includes 15,000 s/f of build-out for the new 32-bed Ambulatory Surgery Unit. Build-out consists of new gypsum wall board partitions, finishes, casework, medical headwall systems, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, HVAC and medical gas systems, and installation of owner-furnished items. Additional work will be done to the Sterile Processing Department and the Radiology Department. The architect of record is Kideney Architects.
