Buffalo, NY McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, arranged the sale of Delavan Station at 1832 Main St. for $1.8 million. The 15,000 s/f two-story mixed-use property consists of seven retail storefronts with eight apartment units on the second story. The retail portion of the property is fully leased. The property sits on 1.2 acres. James Geiger of McGuire Development Company was the exclusive representative for the seller, Delavan Station Inc. Robert Marcus of Colby Development represented the buyer, Tong 168 LLC. McGuire Development Company is a full-service commercial development and real estate firm specializing in real estate services, development, property management, owner representation and brokerage.
