Picone Construction completed renovations to the Buffalo Armory located at 184 Connecticut St. Project was for the replacement of a singular lavatory into a shower area and two separate lavatories. Major work items included: asbestos abatement, demolition, concrete, metal fabrications, carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, and accessories. The architectural firm for this project was Flynn Battaglia Architects.
