Phillips of Largo Real Estate arranges $1.8 million refinancing of an apartment complex
Williamsville, NY Jack Phillips, principal at Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc., arranged a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a newly constructed low-rise/garden-style apartment complex for a trusted, repeat borrower. The property features garage parking. Through his relationship with the lender, Phillips was able to secure favorable terms, including an interest-only period, limited recourse with a burn-off provision, and a competitive interest rate.
