Philips Int'l. signs long-term leases at Palm Springs Plaza

Philips International has signed Green Zone Outdoor, and Palomino's Coffee and Cigar Shop, to long-term leases at Palm Springs Plaza. An Army and Navy store that sells recycled clothing, Green Zone Outdoor signed a lease for 1,425 s/f. Palomino's Coffee and Cigar Shop is leasing 1,287 s/f. These two transactions come on the heels of the Dollar Tree opening recently. Dollar Tree signed a long-term lease for 10,354 s/f. Palm Springs Plaza is a 280,000 s/f community shopping center located on the corner of Congress Ave. and 10th Ave. North in central Palm Beach County.
