These two transactions come on the heels of the Dollar Tree opening recently. Dollar Tree signed a long-term lease for 10,354 s/f.
Palm Springs Plaza is a 280,000 s/f community shopping center located on the corner of Congress Ave. and 10th Ave. North in central Palm Beach County.
