Pfleiderer joins Adelhardt as director of business development

New York, NY Adelhardt Construction has welcomed Bonnie Pfleiderer as their new director of business development.

“I am extremely enthusiastic about working with Adelhardt. I hope to play a key role in penetrating new markets, and strategically positioning the company for new areas of business.”

CEO David Adelhardt said, “We welcome her positive approach to relationship building, and we are very excited to have her as a part of our team!”

Prior to joining Adelhardt Construction, Pfleiderer worked with Outsource Consultants and Donnelly Mechanical Corp. in similar business development roles targeting end users, real estate brokerage firms, and owners/developers.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University in Orlando.

A resident of Hoboken, N.J., Pfleiderer enjoys skiing in the winter and golfing in the summer.

As a testament to her tireless work ethic, Pfleiderer dedicates hundreds of her personal hours to a number of non-profits, and charitable organizations. She is a member of CoreNetNY, CREWNY, Society of Marketing Professionals, Professional Women in Construction, National Hispanic Business Group, and International Facility Management Association. Ms. Pfleiderer also serves and volunteers for the following golf sponsorship and planning committees for St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Boys Town, and enCourage Kids Foundation.
