Peyser and Edelkopf of EPIC complete $2.15 million sale of 163 Park Avenue

Brooklyn, NY EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of 163 Park Ave. for $2.15 million. 163 Park Ave. is located in Fort Greene, between Carlton Ave. and Adelphi St., across from the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, and one block south of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The property is a four-story mixed-use building with one ground-floor retail unit, two studio apartments and six two-bedroom apartments. “The property offers upside, in both the residential units, as well as the retail. The retail lease is expiring, which presents an opportunity for an investor to put a strong retail tenant in place,” said EPIC sales associate, Seth Peyser. The property had been retained on an exclusive basis with Peyser in May. Peyser and CEO of EPIC, Yona Edelkopf, acted as dual agents.
