Niblock and Lupo of Friedman-Roth Realty secure $6.7 million sale
New York, NY Friedman-Roth Realty Services arranged the sale of an Upper Eastside apartment building located at 410 East 88th St. The five-story walk-up is located between First Ave. and York Ave. and contains 17 residential units and encompasses a total of 8,465 s/f. This is the first sale of the building in over 30 years.
The sales price for the transaction was $6.7 million. George Niblock and Eric Lupo represented the seller.
