Friedland Realty Advisors secures 11,885 s/f in leases and $700,000 sale; includes 3,285 s/f lease by Herko and Scotto

Westchester County, NY Friedland Realty Advisors arranged the closing of four deals throughout Westchester County and the Bronx. The following leases totaling 11,885 s/f and a $700,000 sale: Friedland’s Andy Grossman brokered the $700,000 sale of 12,300 s/f of space located at 2065 Albany Post Rd. in Croton. The property was sold to JY Moon Tae Kwon Do from David & Lynn Doskow. Grossman represented the buyer and the seller. • Grossman also represented the landlord, Peter Landi Construction, and tenant, Burns Construction, surrounding the lease of 1,000 s/f of office space and 4,000 s/f of land at 13 Bradhurst Ave. in Hawthorne. • Brokers Robin Herko and David Scotto represented tenant Narragansett Enterprises during the lease of 3,285 s/f of space located at 800 Westchester Ave. in Rye Brook. The office space is owned by RPW Group Inc. • In the Bronx, a team consisting of Chris Cascella and Tony Lembeck brokered the lease of a portion of the property located at 1120 Leggett Ave. The landlord, Alson Steel Corp., leased 3,600 s/f of warehouse space to ADA Tire. The Friedland team represented the landlord and tenant. “The industrial and office markets in the New York metro area has remained strong in 2015 and we anticipate continued success in these areas for the remainder of the year,” said Bob Friedland, CEO and founder of Friedland Realty Advisors.
