30 Rockefeller Plaza - Manhattan, NY

Following recent growth with new lateral hires and an increasing client base, Perkins Coie has completed the expansion of its local office space. The law firm is taking up a second floor of 24,258 s/f in 30 Rockefeller Plaza, where it currently resides.
Perkins Coie currently has 17 attorneys, one patent agent and 12 staff at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The new office space will hold existing attorneys and staff, while also allowing for future growth. The new floor will include conference rooms, 25 additional attorney offices, room for support staff and paralegals, as well as space for visiting Perkins Coie attorneys and clients. Attorneys in the local office represent clients in a wide range of legal matters, including bankruptcy and complex restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and white collar litigation, patent litigation, intellectual property matters, counsel to emerging and technology companies, and corporate trust and public debt issues.
"We are excited to expand our office space in 30 Rockefeller Plaza as we broaden our team of attorneys experienced in financial, transactional and litigation services," said Schuyler Carroll, managing partner of Perkins Coie's local office. "As the firm continues to grow, this office space creates a more flexible work environment to accommodate new hires and provide a more collaborative environment for partners visiting from other offices."
The office expansion follows the addition of 12 attorneys in New York this year. In February, the office expanded its intellectual property and corporate capabilities with the addition of partners John Squires, Dennis Hopkins and Richard Ross and Of Counsel Charles Fish. In March, former SEC enforcement attorney Keith Miller joined as partner. The firm also gained four corporate trust attorneys in March with the addition of partners Ronald Sarubbi and Tina Moss, of counsel Michael Fruchter and associate Sean Connery. Most recently, Kester Spindler joined as a partner in the private equity practice and associates Adrienne Baranowicz and Manny Caixeiro joined the litigation practice.
