Perinchief joins Talisen

New York, NY According to Talisen, Michael Perinchief has joined as director of pre-construction. Perinchief joins the team with nearly two decades of experience purchasing and estimating multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. Perinchief will be responsible for overseeing the department of vendor management, Talisen’s estimating process, as well as procurement efforts. Perinchief’s main objective is to increase Talisen’s bid win rate, and support a P.M.-driven “Bid-Buy-Build” approach. He will be leading all aspects of estimating, focused on the ability to manage cross functionally across Talisen’s Business Units.

Specifically, during the bid phase he will be managing resources for all phases of pre-construction. Perinchief will also support current and active projects in the areas of vendor pricing and procurement. He is eager to work closely with all vendor partners and help to distinguish Talisen as the New York Metro area’s top contractor. Perinchief also plays an integral part in growing, mentoring, and training Talisen’s project teams in all areas of pre-construction.
