Peak Capital Advisors buys multifamily for $3.875m; Nir Mor serves as broker

New York, NY Peak Capital Advisors, led by David Gomez and Alex Rabin, have purchased a multifamily building located at 507 8th Ave. for $3.875 million. Nir Mor was the broker on the off-market transaction.

507 8th Ave., located in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn between 5th and 6th St., is situated one block from Prospect Park.

507 8th Ave. is a landmarked pre-war townhouse building featuring five large fair market units. The property had been previously owned for 30+ years. Peak Capital plans to add significant value to the building with an extensive renovation.
