PBS R.E. secures three flagship locations for Kira Plastinina in N.Y.C.

According to PBS Real Estate, Kira Plastinina has signed three U.S. flagship locations in the city. PBS principals Laura Pomerantz and Betty Ende represented Kira Plastinina. Kira Plastinina signed the 10-year lease agreements for flagships in New York City, which include a 3,100 s/f location at 594 Broadway in Soho, a 3,500 s/f flagship at 509 Fifth Ave., and a 5,600 s/f flagship at 22 West 34th St. The company's expansion plans call for 50 U.S. locations within the next three years, all of which will be handled by PBS.
