Pavia Real Estate Services completes six transactions totaling 150,100 s/f

Pavia Real Estate Services has completed the following transactions: Campion Rd., New Hartford Two industrial buildings totaling 60,000 s/f sold for $900,000. The buyer was Joe Tahan Furniture and the seller was Soggs Properties. Dominic Pavia of Pavia Real Estate Services represented both the buyer and the seller. Former Chicago Pneumatic Pavia represented both the landlord, Soggs Properties and the tenant, Human Technologies Corp. in the 52,500 s/f, 5 year lease at 2200 Bleecker St. 50 Kellogg Rd. - Hannaford Plaza, Washington Mills Pavia Real Estate Services completed 2 leases consisting of 3,400 s/f for Wasabi Wok and Duke Nail & Spa. The leases were both 10 year terms. John Jweid of Pavia Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Pavia Represented the landlord, DDR Developers Diversified Realty. 63-71 N. Genesee St., Utica Two buildings consisting of 30,000 s/f situated on 2 +/- acres were sold at an undisclosed price. Pavia of Pavia Real Estate represented both the buyer, ISYH LLC and the seller, Landers Realty. 421 Broad St., Utica Pavia of Pavia Real Estate Services represented both the landlord, 421 Broad St. LLC and the tenant, Rayhill & Martin in the 2,200 s/f lease at a 5 year term. 5865 Rt. 31, Cicero The 2,000 s/f building formerly Waffle Works was sold to Cafua Management a Dunkin Donut Franchisee for $325,000. Pavia of Pavia Real Estate represented Cafua Management and Pyramid Brokerage represented the seller.
