MJ Peterson Commercial purchases 13,000 s/f building for $850,000
MJ Peterson Commercial Real Estate has recently completed commercial closings including Buffalo Rheumatology at 3055 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park.
The company purchased Fanny's Restaurant at 3500 Sheridan Dr., Amherst, N.Y. for $850,000. They will renovate the 13,000 s/f building into medical offices.
The property has been marketed for nearly two years by Albert Plaskin and Anthony Juliano of MJ Peterson Commercial Real Estate.
