Pavia Real Estate Services has completed the following transactions: 1500 Genesee St., Utica Dominic Pavia of Pavia Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Human Technology Corp., in the $232,500 sale of 1500 Genesee St. Pyramid represented the seller, Eaton Street Properties. Northgate Plaza - 414 Trenton Rd., Utica Pavia represented the buyer and the seller in the $510,000 sale of the 13,000 s/f Northgate Plaza at 414 Trenton Rd. The buyer was Siva Kakaturi and the seller was GVH LLC. 305 Tilden Ave., Utica Pavia represented the buyer, David Mazloom, in the $105,000 sale of 305 Tilden Ave. Butterfield Properties represented the seller, Annie Jones. Ballston Commercial Park, Ballston Spa Pavia and UGL Equis represented Omni Care in the 7 year, 22,000 s/f lease at Ballston Commercial Park. HR Shultz is the landlord.
