James of NorthMarq Capital arranges $7.5 million mortgage for Med Center West
Michael James, vice president of NorthMarq Capital's (NorthMarq) Upstate New York Regional office, arranged first mortgage financing of $7.5 million for Med Center West, an 85,000 s/f medical office building located at 5700 West Genesee St. Financing was based on a 7-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with Rockville Bank. James said, "Rockville Bank provided good nonrecourse financing to the borrower at a favorable interest rate."
