Pavia Real Estate Services has completed the following transactions: Dollar General, Elmira Pavia Real Estate Services represented the buyer, David Mazloom, in the $979,000 sale of 1146 Broadway St. Donovan Real Estate Services represented the seller, Lawrence Tillack. 5046 Commercial Dr., Whitestown Dominic Pavia and John Jweid of Pavia Real Estate Services represented the buyer and the seller in the $800,000 sale of 5046 Commercial Dr. The buyer was Pals, LLC and the seller was Cooper Properties. 4948 Commercial Dr., New York Mills Pavia represented the buyer, John Paolo's Xtreme Beauty Institute, in the $440,000 sale of 4948 Commercial Dr. The seller was Adirondack Bank. 270 Genesee St., Utica Pavia represented the buyer and the seller in the $250,000 sale of 16,000 s/f 270 Genesee St. The buyer was Mazloom and the seller was United Way.
