In Brooklyn, on East 16th St., a 91-unit multifamily building, will benefit from a loan in the amount of $5 million.
In Brooklyn, Devoe St., an eight unit multifamily building, will benifit from a loan in the amount of $1.1 million.
Also in Brooklyn, on 13th Ave. in Bay Ridge, a mixed use buiding commercial building comprising of a medical office and a bank, will benifit from a loan amount of $1.9 million.

On East 10th St., a 12-unit multifamily building, will benefit from a loan in the amount of $1.65 million.
In Staten Island on Lake Ave., an industrial lot, received a loan in the amount of $2.8 million.
On Mahattans Upper West Side, an 11-unit townhouse will benefit from a loan in the amount of $1.9 million.
In Lebanon, Pa., on Reinoehl St., a 100-unit multifamily building, subject to a HUD / HAP contract, will benfit from a loan in the amount of $3.5 million.
Also in Lebenon, Pa., on Mifflin St., a 100-unit townhouse community, also subject to a HUD / HAP contract, received a new loan in the amount of $4.8 million.
In Upper Montclair, N.J., on Gordonhurst Ave., a 65-unit residential community, received a new loan in the amount of $3.75 million.
In Harrisburg, Pa., a 130-unit multifamily complex, subject to a HUD / HAP contract, will benifit from a loan in the amount of $3.9 million.
In Scranton, Pa., a 91-unit multifamily complex, also subject to a HAD / HAP contract, will benifit from a loan in the amount of $3.2 million.
