Palumbo of Flaum Management brokers sale of 4,428 s/f

Flaum Management Company, Inc. has brokered the sale of the former Krispy Kreme at 1150 Jefferson Rd. The 4,428 SF building was purchased by Frontier Development, a Miami based developer for an undisclosed amount. Michael Palumbo, C.O.O of Flaum Management Company, Inc. represented the seller GE Capital on this transaction. The sale of the former Henrietta Krispy Kreme was preceded by successful dispositions in Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany all represented by Flaum Management Company, Inc. Flaum Management Company is a full-service commercial real estate company based in Rochester, with extensive property holdings through the Northeast. Flaum Management Company, Inc. specializes in the development, redevelopment, and management of retail, office & industrial properties.
