Flaum Management Company, Inc. has brokered the sale of the former Krispy Kreme at 1150 Jefferson Rd. The 4,428 SF building was purchased by Frontier Development, a Miami based developer for an undisclosed amount. Michael Palumbo, C.O.O of Flaum Management Company, Inc. represented the seller GE Capital on this transaction. The sale of the former Henrietta Krispy Kreme was preceded by successful dispositions in Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany all represented by Flaum Management Company, Inc.
