Pallett of Greiner Maltz Realty Advisors marks 100,000 s/f milestone

Mount Vernon, NY 2017 has thus far been a banner year for Paul Pallett, associate broker with Greiner Maltz Realty Advisors. With five deals totaling over 100,000 s/f completed in the last month, Pallett has now closed over 500,000 s/f in the area over the course of the last two years.

Pallett has been involved in real estate throughout Westchester and the Bronx for over 35 years.  As a real estate broker specializing in industrial assets, Pallett has developed a proven track record for success completing transactions in excess of a half billion dollars. Joining Greiner Maltz one year ago, Pallett has settled into the commercial brokerage firm by leveraging Greiner Maltz’s geographical reach and strong brand recognition.

With the skills to represent both landlords and tenants, Pallett has completed lease and sales transactions in a market known for having specific needs and low inventory. Pallett’s transactions, including the recent sale of 150 South MacQuesten Pwy., have created new relationships with clients such as HBO, and numerous startup movie studios.

“Paul’s experience, reputation and track record are just what we seek in our brokers,” said Ayall Schanzer, president and CEO at Greiner-Maltz.

“It takes the right combination of knowledge, expertise and finesse to be successful in this market and Pallett has just that combination.”

With no time to slow down, Paul Pallett is currently working on several large transactions in Westchester County, hoping to exceed even his own successful performance.
