P.W. Grosser Consulting new hires strengthen engineering and environmental compliance divisions

Bohemia, NY P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) has hired six new employees: Chris Jorgensen, Massi Lelli, David Mellor, PE, Kevin Griffith, PE, Ryan Vaughn, and Ammarah Zaidi. Their additions to PWGC will strengthen the capabilities of the engineering and environmental compliance divisions.

Jorgensen, geologist at PWGC, has six years of experience as a geologist. He communicates effectively and works within a team environment to adapt and deliver satisfactory client driven projects.

Lelli, project manager at PWGC, has more than 15 years of experience in environmental health & safety consulting for compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations and standards, in waste management and air emissions/wastewater permitting. Capabilities include design drafting (ACAD), site planning, engineering reports and specifications, proposal writing, air, groundwater and soil investigation/ monitoring, CBS and PBS design, and regulatory compliance.

Mellor, senior engineer at PWGC, has more than 25 years of experience in the design and management of complex development projects. His expertise includes site development including grading and drainage, storm water management, roadway design, and river restoration.

Griffith, senior engineer at PWGC, has more than five years of experience in the environmental engineering industry. His focus will be civil engineering, civil site design, stormwater design and hydrological and hydraulic analysis and design.

Vaughn, staff engineer, will focus on wastewater treatment systems, geothermal heating and cooling systems, soil vapor mitigation, direct communications with clients and contractors, project budget and timeline tracking, field monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulations of local, state, and federal agencies, and providing agencies with requested technical materials for permit applications and modifications.

Zaidi, senior engineer at PWGC, has more than five years of experience in the environmental engineering industry. Her focus is regulatory compliance (federal, state, and local regulations), site investigation and analysis (Phase I and II investigations, geotechnical analysis), environmental reporting (technical reports and presentations), hazardous material management (identification and disposal of hazardous materials, waste management), and fieldwork and sampling (air, water, soil, and soil vapor sampling and analysis).
