What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

A couple of months ago I completed a 20,000 s/f deal for an immersive art experience at 529 Fifth Ave. called Wonderland Dreams. The space is hand-painted from floor to ceiling and spans two floors. Artist Alexa Meade created an exhibit that is two dimensional and guests are encouraged to interact with the art.

What is one lesson that you had to learn the hard way?

Early in my career I had blind faith in potential clients without qualifying them. I had a client negotiate an entire lease all the way to execution form and they never showed up at the lease signing.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy creative as well as athletic outlets, abstract painting, making music and boxing are at the top of the list!
