Outsource Consultants partners with non-profit One Tree Planted

Manhattan, NY Outsource Consultants, Inc. formed a partnership with One Tree Planted as part of their 30th anniversary and sustainability initiatives. To celebrate alongside their clients, Outsource will plant a tree, under the name of the client, once the first permit is achieved on their project.

“Having the opportunity to collaborate with One Tree Planted is a wonderful way for us to look outside of our office and industry and make an impact globally,” said Outsource, representative, Kaela Fanning. “While we get incredible opportunities to work with thousands of the designers and builders who heavily incorporate sustainability into their work, we wanted a way to thank our clients by planting trees in their names while also getting to lead sustainability initiatives ourselves.”

Our plans for the initiative include:

• Thanking our clients during our 30th anniversary year

• Empowering our clients and employees with sustainable actions

• Raising awareness of the importance of ecosystem restoration

Planting trees is consistently identified as one of the best ways to combat the damaging effects of climate change. Trees help to clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat for over 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity. Trees also provide lasting social impact by providing jobs to over 1.6 billion people, empowering women in underdeveloped nations, and supporting communities that are devastated by environmental damage.

Outsource has become one of the largest code consulting and expediting firms, serving the designers and builders of cities nationwide. They’ve emboldened building professionals to realize their dreams, seeing scalable progress across their portfolio while driving the industry at an evolving pace. A leader in the industry, Outsource prioritizes diversity and inclusion, holding multiple MBE certifications. Join Outsource as they celebrate 30 years of building together because we did it together – the thousands of architects, property managers, building owners, engineers, contractors, and more that gave Outsource opportunities. Outsource has built so much with so many companies these past 30 years, but their most valued builds are the relationships and partnerships that have all led to building a better future.

One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to make it simple for anyone to help the environment by planting trees. Their projects span the globe and are done in partnership with local communities and experts to create an impact on nature, people, and wildlife. Reforestation helps to restore forests that have been degraded or deforested, provides jobs for social impact, and restores biodiversity habitat. Many projects have overlapping objectives, creating a combination of benefits that contribute to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
