Outside the Region: Royal Properties secures 27,000 s/f lease for Get Air

Upper Saddle River, NJ According to Royal Properties, Inc., Get Air Indoor Trampoline Parks signed a long term lease for 27,000 s/f at 107 Pleasant Ave.  

David Landes and Farron Roboff of Royal Properties, Inc. d/b/a RPI, Inc. represented Get Air in the first of what will be a major expansion for the chain in the New York and New Jersey Metropolitan area.  Sam Bernhaut and Nicole Nanola of CBRE represented the landlord.

“Get Air was drawn to this high traffic Route 17 location due to its tremendous visibility and presence in Bergen County’s Upper Saddle River, situated just south of the New York border and other NJ towns such as Montvale, Ramsey, Saddle River and Woodcliff Lake,” said Landes, principal of Royal Properties.

107 Pleasant Ave. faces Rte. 17 with 98,000 cars per day and is close to I-87/287 and the Garden State Parkway. Neighboring retailers include TJ Maxx, Ulta, Petco, Staples, CVS, Vitamin Shoppe, Modell’s, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Acme, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Rite Aid and many more.

Get Air Indoor Trampoline Parks owns and manages more than 70 of the nation’s biggest and best trampoline parks. Get Air features wall-to-wall trampolines, dodgeball courts, basketball dunk lanes, and obstacle courses. In the past five years Get Air has grown into a recognizable national brand.
