Outside the Region: Love Funding appoints Thole director of originations

Minneapolis, MN According to Love Funding, Sharon Thole has joined the company as a director of originations. She will work under the guidance of Love Funding senior director Leonard Lucas, who based in Boston.

Thole’s strong relationships in the healthcare field and years of experience with facility operations and business development will help Love Funding expand their nationwide healthcare lending capabilities.

Thole joins Love Funding after serving as a multi-site COO for a non-for-profit senior living organization locally. She has also served in executive operations and business development positions with national nursing home organizations.

“Sharon brings in-depth knowledge of the healthcare world to our team,” said Love Funding CEO Mark Dellonte. “I know that Sharon’s background, which includes hands-on operating experience of facilities, and her track record of creating strategic partnerships and managing complex situations will serve our healthcare clients well.” 

“We are thrilled to welcome such a talented and experienced professional to the Love Funding family,” said Lucas. “Sharon’s deep understanding of the healthcare industry will be a tremendous asset to Love Funding.” 

Thole holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Gerontology from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. She is a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA).
