Outside the Region: Largo opens new office located in Orlando, Fla.

Orlando, FL With the opportunities resulting from the latest commercial real estate mergers, the Largo Group of Companies has opened a new office. The office will be operated by Benjamin Blanton.

Prior to joining Largo, Blanton worked as a commercial mortgage loan originator where he was responsible for creating borrower and lender relationships and building an annual loan pipeline in excess of $100 million. His experience includes sourcing, underwriting and closing loans for all the commercial property types, including retail, office/medical office, industrial, hotel and multifamily transactions.

Blanton is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state. He received a bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree in Finance/Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
