What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry?
Foresight, objective thinking, and patience are instrumental. To find success, it’s key to have the foresight to see potential where others may not, the passion to follow through with the vision despite the challenges, and an open mind while listening to professional recommendations.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Cycling around the city is one of my favorite things to do. Cycling opens a unique window into how the urban fabric of NYC is woven together; it also reveals where it is broken. These incidental experiences influence how I approach zoning and urban design at Hill West.
