Name: Jessica Stanton

Title: Counsel

Company Name: Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I was excited to be part of the Olshan team representing our client David Edelstein in a lease and collaboration with renowned restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally for the new location of Pastis in Miami. I have also enjoyed representing JEMB Realty Corp. in its leasing matters in New York City, including a new development in Downtown Brooklyn. It has been inspiring to be part of deals like these during such a challenging time, particularly for leasing in New York City.

Who was/is your mentor and how did s/he influence/help you in your career?

I was recently promoted to counsel at Olshan, and I don’t know if I would have achieved the level of success that I have, if not for the generosity of numerous mentors at both Olshan and otherwise in my career. I have had mentors who have helped to guide me over the years in various aspects of my professional and personal growth, and each has contributed in their own significant way. Nina Roket continues to be a beacon for me in what women can accomplish both in the real estate profession and beyond through consistent dedication and hard work.
