List 2-3 real estate associations or organizations that you are currently a member of:

  • New York State Bar Association.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I recently closed on 621-623 Union Ave., two adjacent free-market buildings in Brooklyn. We ran a very thorough marketing process, received more than 20 offers and sold the asset close to the asking price.

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?

I am involved in my local Jewish community in Englewood, N.J., and specifically with my synagogue. My work with my community has included spearheading numerous adult education initiatives, and I continue to learn about how I can best serve Englewood and my synagogue and create engaging opportunities for those living near me.

What led you to your current profession?

I was originally a real estate attorney before I moved to commercial brokerage. While practicing law, I gained valuable experience and skills that have benefited me throughout my career.

Who was/is your mentor and how did s/he influence/help you in your career?

I do not have a singular mentor, however, there have been multiple vital figures in my life so far. I look up to my father because of his work ethic and ability to be flexible and nimble no matter the situation. I also have tremendous respect and admiration for my colleagues at Ariel Property Advisors, and I am extremely grateful for the guidance that I have received since joining the company.

The three top items on my bucket list are: Visit Japan; complete over $1 billion in sales; and earn a PhD.
