OPEN Impact adds Voligny, Whitman, Gandhi and Holder to brokerage/advisory team

Manhattan, NY OPEN Impact Real Estate (OPEN) has added four new associates to its brokerage and advisory team:

• Ethan Voligny, an Urban Studies graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, is dedicated to sustainable urban development and its social and political impact. Prior to joining OPEN, Voligny worked at numerous affordable housing organizations.

• Kate Whitman, a recent graduate of Trinity College and a former intern at OPEN, has developed a profound understanding of the real estate market through her community-based work and projects at OPEN.

• Eshaan Gandhi, a Baruch College’s Macaulay Honors College graduate, brings a background in entrepreneurship and real estate, enriched by his involvement with Project Destined and the Housing Partnership Network.

• Chloe Holder, a Tufts University alumna with a LEED Green Associate Certification, combines her real estate knowledge with a strong commitment to sustainability; she also excelled as the skipper on Tufts University’s Varsity Sailing Team.

“These four outstanding individuals bring diverse experiences, and even greater passion for making an impact,” said OPEN co-founder Stephen Powers. “This new group of associates, in concert with our recent partnership with JLL, will help OPEN further its objective of providing best-in-class real estate advisory services to our purpose-directed clients as we continue to grow.”
