Ones To Watch: Innovators in CRE: Warehub

The Operating System for Industrial Real Estate.

More Deals. Less Friction. Faster Payment.

Warehub is building the operating system for industrial real estate, connecting demand, inventory and execution through a single intelligent platform. By standardizing property data, digitizing leasing workflows and coordinating the participants required to activate industrial space, Warehub enables landlords, tenants and brokers to move from requirement to occupancy with greater speed, transparency and efficiency.

Supply chains move in real time. The industrial real estate ecosystem supporting them does not. Warehub is changing that.

Warehub is transforming industrial real estate from static space into dynamic supply chain infrastructure, fundamentally changing how industrial space is accessed and activated.

Companies responding to shifting inventory, distribution, manufacturing and logistics requirements still face a fragmented, slow-moving real estate system built around long-term commitments and limited visibility into available capacity. Warehub is eliminating that disconnect by connecting demand, available space and the processes required to activate it through a single technology platform.

And this is no longer just a technology thesis. The flywheel is in motion. Since June 2026, Warehub has activated more than 200 platform users, identified 40 qualified enterprise tenant requirements, sourced 232 properties and built an activation pipeline of 368 industrial suites, including 52.4 million s/f of industrial vacancy onboarded and ready for leasing.

The market is validating the model. Avison Young, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and Newmark are active participants onboarding, demonstrating growing engagement from some of the world’s leading commercial real estate firms. Their participation validates Warehub’s ability to solve a genuine industry need and signals growing market acceptance of a new way to access and activate industrial space. Warehub systematically converts fragmented industrial inventory into transaction-ready supply, giving companies faster, more flexible access to the physical infrastructure that their supply chains require.

Warehub is not simply digitizing industrial leasing. It is changing how supply chain capacity is accessed, activated and monetized. As supply chains become more dynamic, distributed and responsive, the infrastructure supporting them must do the same.

Warehub has moved beyond building a platform to activating an operating system, with demand, supply and execution advancing together. Commercial traction is accelerating alongside platform adoption, with estimated 2026 gross revenue of $6.15 million as enterprise demand, transaction-ready inventory and institutional participation continue to scale.

“Warehub is unlocking the industrial real estate ecosystem, turning idle space into revenue, empowering brokers and giving tenants the flexibility to respond to changing demand,” said James Holbrook, Founder & Executive Chair.
