I have received positive feedback about online video marketing that I have done over the past six months, whereby I walk around properties that Gantry has arranged financing. These videos have given me an opportunity to reflect my personality while sharing the specific nuances of what, when, where, and how certain projects were financed. The intent is to show the variety of lending sources that Gantry has access to as well as the range of property types that we see.

Industry Outlook:
Biggest opportunities in the commercial real estate markets include: logistics automation as well as repurposing of vacant junior and big box retail. Logistics automation is making warehouses far more efficient. Technology is assisting to make warehouses function with fewer laborers while also allowing the building footprint to accommodate more merchandise. Vacant junior and big box retail has been repurposed for climate controlled self storage, call centers, medical offices, and even car washes.
