Ones To Watch: Innovators In Commercial Real Estate: Henderson Beck, Dealpath

Dealpath

Innovation Highlight:
With Dealpath AI, our latest suite of AI capabilities, we took agentic deal screening from concept to working product demo in three weeks with one engineer. The goal is simple: automate the repetitive, document-heavy work so deal teams spend time where CRE is actually won, in relationships and judgment calls. It automates manual work at the top of the funnel, where investors repeat the same document analysis on every deal, with human reviews.

Innovation in Action:
AI innovation has drastically changed how we build at Dealpath, improving processes from just one year ago. We now ship products more than twice as fast, and have built a repository of agents and skills connected to our codebase, which speeds up product discovery, code creation, and leaves more time for innovation. The biggest shift we’ve seen is internal, as our mindset has moved from “what can we build?” to “what should we build?”
