Brooklyn, NY ONE Commercial Realty Services has arranged four sales totaling $5 million. 

663 Macdonough Street - Brooklyn, NY

The first deal is a sale of 663 Macdonough St. The property sold for $1.75 million. A three-story, multifamily walk-up building, totaling six free market residential units and on the North side of Macdonough St. between Saratoga Ave. and Howard Ave. Executive managing director Josh Lipton, director of investment sales Andrew Levine and senior associate Stephen Ramkelawan represented the seller.

ONE Commercial also brokered the $1.35 million sale of 611 West 142nd St. The subject property is a 15’ wide townhouse located in Hamilton Heights between Broadway and Riverside Dr. The property was a vacant shell totaling 2,880 s/f with an additional extension of 900 s/f proposed. Exclusive agents Lipton and Levine represented the owner.

ONE Commercial  closed the $1.3 million sale of 719 Saint Nicholas Ave. The subject property is a 19’ wide mixed-use walk-up SRO building in Hamilton Heights between West 145th and West 146th Sts. The landmarked building is 5,260 s/f with 11’ to 12’ ceilings, and architectural features. The property consists of a vacant 1,239 s/f ground floor retail unit and 12 residential units–three are occupied. Exclusive agents Lipton and Levine represented the owner.

ONE Commercial handled the $600,000 sale of 423 East 136th St. The vacant SRO building is a 16.67’ wide walk-up SRO building located in the Mott Haven district in the Bronx between Willis Ave. and Brown Pl. The vacant 3,000 s/f building, previously a church, contains 13 residential units. Exclusive agents Lipton and Levine represented the owner.
