O'Brien of M.C. O'Brien recognized by Costar; Top leasing broker in Brooklyn/Queens

William O'Brien, SIOR of M.C. O'Brien, Inc., has been recognized as one of the top leasing brokers in Brooklyn and Queens again this year. Costar, a national provider of commercial real estate data, selects the top producing brokers in each market they cover. O'Brien earned the Power Broker designation in both office and retail and has earned the distinction every year but one since 2006. M.C. O'Brien, Inc. is a boutique real estate firm founded in 1909 by Michael O'Brien, Sr. O'Brien presently runs the company with his brother Michael O'Brien III and the company is full service in that it does brokerage, management, appraisal and consulting work.
