O'Brien of M.C. O'Brien recognized by Costar; Top leasing broker in Brooklyn/Queens

William O'Brien, SIOR of M.C. O'Brien, Inc., has been recognized as one of the top leasing brokers in Brooklyn and Queens again this year. O'Brien earned the Power Broker designation in both office and retail and has earned the distinction every year but one since 2006. M.C.
