NYSCAR WNY Chapter to hold 12th Annual Awards Dinner

The Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) has revealed its 14th Annual Awards Dinner and installation of officers' ceremony. This year's event will be held on February 5 at the Acqua Restaurant (formerly, Harry's), located at 2192 Niagara St. with an open bar at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. Complimentary Valet parking will be available at the front entrance. The swearing-in ceremony of new officers will be followed by the presentation of several awards. Sponsorships are still available and reservations may be made at a cost of $75 each for members and $85 for non-members by contacting any of the co-chairmen below or by completing the attached form and mailing to the address at the bottom. Please make checks payable to WNY-NYSCAR. Awards will be given for Lifetime Achievement, Meritorious Service and the Largest Broker Assisted Lease and Sale Transactions of2014. We are very pleased to announce that the 2014 recipient for the Lifetime Achievement Award will be Jeff LiPuma ofCBRE-Buffalo. This year's Meritorious Service Award recipient will be Michael Schmand, Executive Director of Buffalo Place.
