On June 3rd, there will be a full-day CCIM Commercial Real Estate Negotiations class instructed by Joe Larkin, CCIM, SIOR. This workshop satisfies the Institute's 8-hour negotiation education requirement in earning the CCIM designation.

On June 4th Jim Wilson, CCIM, SEC, EMS and Joe Crowley, SEC will moderate a full-day marketing session. If you have a property to market, you will not want to miss this great networking session. During his speech, Billy will talk about the current market, offer his views of the future and tips for transitioning from broker to developer and owner.

There will also be a CCIM Portfolio Writing Workshop moderated by Louise Giuliano, CCIM. This session includes guidance from CCIM designees about preparing a portfolio for submission as well as idea sharing about their experiences and portfolios.
