NYSCAR annual conference: June 14-16

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Mark Dotzour will be the keynote speaker for the Annual Conference in June. Dr. Dotzour is the chief economist and director of research for the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University in College Station, Tex. He earned his Ph.D. in the department of finance at the University of Texas at Austin in 1987 and served as associate professor of real estate and finance at Wichita State University for 10 years. Dr. Dotzour was the keynote speaker four years ago and was enormously popular! Plans are also well underway for the education classes, marketing session, dinner and leasing roundtable. On April 21, NYSCAR in cooperation with the Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR will present "Creative Real Estate Formulas" instructed by Chuck Sutherland, SEC, held at the Sierra Hotel in Fishkill.
