NYREJ's Developing Long Island Spotlight 2026

The New York Real Estate Journal is proud to present our semi-annual Developing Long Island Spotlight, featuring recently completed and active projects across Long Island, submitted by developers, general contractors, and construction managers. This section also provides a high-visibility platform for Industrial and Economic Development Agencies, Business Development Investment Corporations, and village, town, city, and community organizations to promote their region as a prime destination for business growth. Trade organizations can also participate by highlighting strategic initiatives, recent networking events, and market trends shaping Long Island's commercial real estate and construction industry.
