When did you discover NYREJ and what was your title and company name at that time?

I discovered NYREJ in the mid-2000s while serving as an architectural consultant for multiple landlords such as Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (formerly W&H Properties). I was a young PM and wanted to understand the market’s dynamics especially during the few years of recession we had.

How has NYREJ helped you, your firm or your industry?

NYREJ has provided some great insights into industry trends, it keeps us informed and connected with key players but it’s also a great tool for understanding the market and networking.
