When did you discover NYREJ and what was your title and company name at that time?

When I started my own company in 2009, I met Kristine Wolf at a networking event and she enlightened me about NYREJ. 

How has NYREJ helped you, your firm or your industry?

I have been writing environmental articles since 2009 am able to educate the real estate industry about changes in the standards of preparing phase one Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).

Most memorable “15 minutes of fame” in NYREJ:

When NYREJ featured our Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) journey with the renovations we incorporated into our new headquarters in 2023 to achieve a Gold status with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
