NYCRS brokers three leases totaling 13,850 s/f and a $2.25 million sale; Includes a 6,600 s/f lease at 38 East 29th Street by Posner
New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) has brokered three commercial leases totaling 13,850 s/f and a $2.25 million sale. The deals include:
* A 6,500 s/f lease at 613 8th Ave. Jared Jasinski of NYCRS represented the client, Beer Authority, who signed a 15-year lease. The space will be a beer pub with a 3,000 s/f rooftop beer garden. The landlord is Longearls Associates.
* A 6,600 s/f office lease at 38 East 29th St., taking up the entire 8th floor. Betty Posner, the medical office specialist at NYCRS, represented the tenant, Comprehensive Healthcare & Medical Services. They signed a 10-year lease direct from the owner, Scott Domansky of P.R.D. Realty Corp.
* A 750 s/f ground floor office lease at 249 East 48th St. Posner represented the client, Dr. Gene Sheinkman, DDS, who signed a 10-year lease. The co-broker was Harold Bornstein of Charles H. Greenthal & Co. The landlord is Turtle Bay House LLC.
* The $2.25 million sale of the entire 10th floor at 25 East 21st St. The 4,500 s/f commercial condo was sold by the buyer's agent, Deborah Stewart of NYCRS and the seller's agent, Robert Frost of Signature Partners. The buyers were Steven Albert and Ashok Mehra.
