Nissani of JSN Properties reps tenant in 5,600 s/f lease of office space

JSN Properties, LLC has secured a 5,600 s/f lease of office space for Insignia National Title Agency, LLC (Insignia) on the seventh floor of 6 East 39th St. - the Craftsman Building - to accommodate the expanding firm with a fully built-out and move-in ready space. Insignia moved into its new office in the 12-story office building between Fifth Ave. and Madison Ave. and near Grand Central Terminal. Jeff Nissani, owner of JSN Properties, represented the tenant, and Elissa Patterson of EJMB Commercial represented the landlord, 6 East 39th St. Holdings, LLC. "Insignia quickly grew out of its current, 1,786 s/f space at 207 West 25th Street. The company sought a high-end, open and airy space that could also accommodate private offices and plentiful meeting space for client interactions," said Nissani. "Proximity to Grand Central and Penn Station was also key." Craig de Thomas, founding partner of Insignia said, "We designed the build out of our 25th Street space ourselves, and just two years later, we have grown to the point where we need a much larger space. Jeff was right on the money when he found us 6 East 39th Street. The quality of the space and building location are perfect for our needs."
