Nicholson of Genesis Real Estate Advisors leases 5,000 s/f

Christopher Nicholson, president of Genesis Real Estate Advisors, negotiated a free-standing, 5,000 s/f building with full basement to Buffalo Wild Wings, the 4th location for Buffalo Wild Wings in Suffolk County. The 5th will be opening December of this year in Riverhead also negotiated by Nicholson. The building was formerly a Chase Bank. The restaurant has been completely renovated to a typical Buffalo Wild Wings, with 58,000 cars passing daily. It is located just north of the former Crazy Donkey, and across from the Super Walmart shopping center with supporting tenants such as Panera Bread, Hoolihans, Games Stop and Marriot. This Buffalo Wild Wings is just the beginning of a major redevelopment happening in the Broadhollow Rd. corridor. Nicholson, represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
