Cornerstone Capital Realty sells NNN Checkers for $800,000 in Hempstead
Jerry Mancini, co-founder, and James Donahue of Cornerstone Capital Realty recently sold a NNN Checkers on Fulton Ave. at a 7.5% cap rate.
Cornerstone represented both the seller Mian Enterprises Inc and the buyer Magid Real Estate Holdings.
