What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2011?
The most notable project for Racanelli Construction Co. was the Brookhaven-Roe YMCA, valued at $17.5 million. The project was built on a four-acre site in Patchogue, formally known as the Lace Mill Factory site. The architect was Baldassano Arch. Racanelli served as the construction manager on the project which consists of a two and a half story, 64,929 s/f building.
