Handler Real Estate Organization arranged a 10-year, 10,000 s/f expansion and relocation at 263 West 38th Street for Underground Visuals Inc.
"Underground Visuals loves the area but needed more space to accommodate its growth," said Scott Galin, principal of Handler, the landlord in the transaction. "By moving to 263 West 38th Street they will occupy an entire floor with a newer, more efficient layout they will customize to better suit their current needs. As with many growing operations, they simply outgrew their existing space."
